All the negative reviews submitted here are completely genuine. The worst and terrible experience any employee could face while working in India would be in Google Operations Center.
Managers and Team Leads aren’t skilled enough to handle the support teams and Undeserving employees are promoted to next level in Google Operations Center.
Dislikes
Managers and Team Leads are making employees work for 16 hours in a day without any extra payment.
Team Leads will call you even when you are in Hospital and will ask you to complete the pending tasks. If you deny doing the assigned tasks, you will end up losing your job.
Please do not join Google Operations Center unless you’re not able to find a good opportunity.
