Likes

Perfect place to learn. No burden as such. Growth is purely depends on how you perform. Work-life balance. Nice increment. Fixed salary structure. Transport is free, insurance is free, subsidized food. Flexible timing.

Dislikes

Some policies need to be reformed like onsite opportunities, weekend/overtime working payment is very less. Should introduce sick leaves.
