Likes

Good company for those who would like to rest and enjoy good work-life balance. Good work from home policies. Once you are dependable resource, company will do its best to retain you. If you perform well you may get double digit hike.

Company culture - Good
Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

Lack of new cutting edge technologies. No technical training. And People do not share their knowledge as they fear of losing dependency and their positions.

Skill development - Poor
Job security - Poor
Promotions - Bad
Work satisfaction - Bad

Work Details

No work pressure, no targets. WFH as when i need. Quarterly team outing sponsored by company.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved.
