Its really great working in Gold Coast, very good culture where even top management helps on issues we face. They see the employees as family. Especially no weekend works, over night works(when not required by clients). Easy access to management and no seniority differences. Everyone handled at same priorities. For freshers it's a good start there will be having good experience and if they do work really well they will have very good salary increment in short term even the beginning salary is less. For experienced ones its a great life changing company for all the scenarios. Where you get promoted for your work and also get well paid.....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
