I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. Company culture is terrible. The people in top management are having traditional mindset. The bosses are literally empty headed. They are trained only to pressure and harass the employees and get work out of them. If you want to learn pls don't join design team there. It's not a good company for a GET to start off.

Employee engagement is very less. old type salary structure, basic salary is very less so benefits will be less, mobile bill payment with amount limits by local division even though corporate is giving more bcz it is part of CTC but top mgmt is not allowing to claim full. No transport facility.No free coffee or tea. No promotions for old employees
