Employees treated as non performing assets which should work only as per instructions given by team head and not as per site requirements. No support from Seniors with regards to issues faced on site and within the Team. After eco Friendly with LGBTQIA few of North management think that they are God and they have all powers like God. They can force employees to work with them otherwise North management can destroy carrier.

North management is unskilled. They treat employees after knowing their sexuality like community people are useless.

Godrej company is very good but its employees are very bad, they are number one brokers, you will not even know when they will trap you and fire you from the job, it was a very bad experience
