There is nothing which I like about the goair. The Company have did nothing benefits to any stuff . No help . Rather gutting us in terrible condition .
Dislikes
Company have never supported staff in this pandemic situation . Around 40 to 50 % salary deduction , and less staff and more work load . Over time but no extra pay. There is no salary slip . No proper rest , this condition is more prompt to gain disease. By knowing the seriousness of the covid . They force us to do extra work .

The training sessions are appreciably good. High professional trainers help you shape up your talent within to serve up to the mark and produce good output.
Dislikes
Poor quality of senior and fellow staff misguide you to their profits. Harassments cannot be reported because your boss would not pass your complaint on to the management team at all. Female staffs at several stations face inappropriate physical contact from fellow or senior staff but cannot report to the channel since they are afraid of losing their job.
Work Details
They did not allow me to work. Being an employee of that company I had to stand outside the airport and no one would allow me in. This repeated over and over for days and I was hardly rarely allowed to work merely for 4 days.
