Company surely gives multiple options to learn and makes us aware about conditions of working under pressure.

Company is very biast about promotion and opportunity like a qouta system in college for Majority catholic to get higher opportunities, company is never flexible or understanding in matters of leaves they say to apply for leave 1 month prior like who makes travel plans 1 month prior, moreover for staff working in night shift they dont even provide transport facility its such a petty thing to take money from our own salary to provide drop or pickup for night shift employees who would believe it's a behaviour of one of the biggest airline of India....Read More

Dislikes
not good if you're looking for growing career. As indigo is a large scale aviation company so it have less of opportunity and more or employees to grab it. Ex I work with people working with indigo from 10 yrs but still on the position of assistant manager
