There's only one likable thing about this job and that is employees get tickets at a discounted price, but it is totally useless because they wont give you offs for you to make use of it, it is to just lure innocent middle class youngsters or someone who has never flied and is fascinated by aviation industry, so over all there was nothing that i liked about working in indigo.

So for anyone who is planning to join this company as ground staff you need to read this. Aviation seems like a fascinating industry that is the reason many people want to have a job in an airline, but trust me you get zero respect in this job, passengers are pathetic and will speak to you very rudely and you are expected to still listen to everything, In the trainings you will be literally brainwashed about how this company is so amazing, the trainers that indigo hires is good no doubt, but after the training when you join operations you see the reality, 99% of the employees working here are unhappy and want to leave the job (this is why they have constant hirings because a lot of staff leaves the job), Even people with prior experience in other airlines do not like the job as there is a lot of work load because obviously indigo operates so many flights, I fail to understand if the company earns so much revenue why the salaries are so less!!! There is no increment or bonus. If you join as an officer position you will be screwed, they will impose so much pressure on you for everything. Manager and Seniors of Mumbai are PATHETIC! They have zero manners and will treat you like a dog and pay you zero respect, the work culture is toxic and the growth is very slow, people working from 10 years still have low positions and low salaries with so much work load. The management system is worst everyone tries to push their work on someone else and put others in problem. Health and personal life will be screwed as well especially if you live away from the airport, 45 mins is the breaktime in a 10 hour shift, personally i lost a lot of weight here and kept falling sick constantly (which isn't normal for me). l am glad that i quit the job, And if you are considering joining this company think TWICE!...Read More

Indigo provide good salary and friendly environment. While training they also provide you flight ticket hotel cab facility .

I don't have anything write bad about indigo because trust me Indigo airlines is the best airlines to work with it
