Company is very biast about promotion and opportunity like a qouta system in college for Majority catholic to get higher opportunities, company is never flexible or understanding in matters of leaves they say to apply for leave 1 month prior like who makes travel plans 1 month prior, moreover for staff working in night shift they dont even provide transport facility its such a petty thing to take money from our own salary to provide drop or pickup for night shift employees who would believe it's a behaviour of one of the biggest airline of India....Read More

There’s no motivation to work in indigo. The company doesn’t value their employees that is why so many people resigned in 2021 and still it’s goo on!!!! There is no work life balance. When I had gone for the interview that time they only wanted graduates and now when everyone was leaving they suddenly started hiring 12th pass people!!! Basically there’s no professionalism…the staff is actually doing extra work in less salary. No proper salary increment. Pathetic management...Read More

Being a part of the company gives me a little more job guarantee than usually in aviation. Also the process of regularisation of leaves and attendance is good.
Dislikes
The salary structure offer to employee with experience background is different then of mine , especially even after having more experience than that of theirs. The training process for visa is completely no acceptable which creates a bad influence on local as well as international authorities. With shift of 10 hrs plus it's not easy with work life and family balance.

Especially speaking I'm a part of cs team's which on daily basis handels customer's at counter and boarding gates . Trust me it's not and easy task to do a 10 hrs shift with a 45min break time with a vast terminal like BOM T2. At all means one had to be
