Company is very biast about promotion and opportunity like a qouta system in college for Majority catholic to get higher opportunities, company is never flexible or understanding in matters of leaves they say to apply for leave 1 month prior like who makes travel plans 1 month prior, moreover for staff working in night shift they dont even provide transport facility its such a petty thing to take money from our own salary to provide drop or pickup for night shift employees who would believe it's a behaviour of one of the biggest airline of India....Read More

There’s no motivation to work in indigo. The company doesn’t value their employees that is why so many people resigned in 2021 and still it’s goo on!!!! There is no work life balance. When I had gone for the interview that time they only wanted graduates and now when everyone was leaving they suddenly started hiring 12th pass people!!!
