Go Airlines had given me a platform to step up as well as to learn too, when I talk about job security it is great example in Covid 19 pendamic , it is only first company who had not laid off any employee, working culture very familiar as my experience and customers also give feedback as familiar behaviour of Staffs also , The management is also good, they allowed us feel as parential behaviour and a part from this company policy is very helpful to staff except required some changes ......... overall good experience with be a part of Go Air.......Read More

The only one feedback I want to share with company ,. The management should have to audit of internal situation at station level with employees. Accept a part from this at the time of Covid pandemic the management stoped their salary emidiately and not think about employees lives , that was not acceptable which has done by only Go Air ........

Zero work life balance and politics and management doesn't address any issues happening in company.

I had good manager n team leader.so I was getting good training n got a good experience at GoAir.The environment was healthy.
Dislikes
There was nothing like dislike there.I was happy n satisfied working GoAirlines.It was great experience working in such a healthy n lively place.It was a dream come true working there.I can never forget my days working there.
