I had been to the interview with this organisation and forget about the hike when I disclosed my CTC. The recruitment manager raised her eye browse. When I asked a basic joke of 10% they kept me on hold. And I never got the feedback. After 2 weeks of followup the result is they are still on the hunt for candidates. If the company is still not able to hire a recruitment executive in a weeks time. How do you expect you to have your recruitment career up there. So dear jobseeker. I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
