Management approves only what is likeable and not what's right . People politics is more that work politics and a very unhealthy competition between teams. Favouritism by Team Head for those who visit their parties. Interference in personal lives.

Work Details

No formal training session in the beginning and by the time I caught up I reached a stagnant position from where I see little to no growth.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
