Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. 1) Worst Amthoshere, always having a discussion about Drinks and party. 2) Director is Double minded and very bad at worst, even he use to abusive all the time, even in front of girls. 3) Best company to be a future real life POLITICIAN. 4) There are Few Employees, who work as government officer at the time of congress. I would liketo share an incident. I was on leave and was busy with something so was not able to pick calls from my Manager. Hell they called to my wife and told tell nitin to answer the Calls, you given alternate number to reach in case if emergency, they didnot bother for a second to call, WORST EVEN EXPERIENCE IN THIS COMPANY OF MY CARRIER SPAN OF 11 Years. Work Environment is not professional. Employees shout on eachother using bad words during office. Even CEO sends voice msgs in Whattsapp group as he is shouting on if you do not reply on their msgs suddenly after office hours also, they don’t understand that where you are and suddenly other people from group starts calling you and ask you to reply on msg and if you not receive their phone call they directly calls to your parents saying that your son is not picking up the phone give his other number and like this. If you leave the company they will not pay you salary for the last month. No professionalism at all....Read More
