1.Poor organisational structure. Not enough levels within a team for growth. Agents directly report to a Team lead. No visible growth road map. 2. Globiva is primarily a man power agency Hire and Fire is their moto. Building sustainable teams is against the grain, inturn hampering overall work place atmosphere. 3. Once recruited and placed at a client location there's ZERO support or even interaction from the HR team. No grevience addressal 4. During the interview process when asked about the prospect of getting on the client payroll based on performance it's was an absolute yes... During the progression of time and when the time for appraisals came... No one even bother to talk about it even after multiple requests and suddenly out of nowhere there was a No Poach policy in place. 5. To the lines of their holiday calender is updated suddenly when questioned about what qualifies to be a paid holiday vs a govt holiday vs Double pay. Absolutely the worst organisation ever where the entire work force is highly demotivated and frustrated. I dont mind taking pressure in work but here if you give your 24 Hours that is also become too less and supervisor here doesn’t have any life if once they got promoted so that’s a thumbs down from my side

Luckily, I had a fantastic assistant manager and senior manager as well. I was groomed very well for the next level.

Overall, work culture became a little toxic and workplace politics ruined some relationship. There is favouritism and biased decisions are made.

Higher management is very biased and partial and they straight away terminate you if you raise any complaint against your reporting manager. No job security. Yogesh Arya, assistant manager should be fired from Zomato@Globiva as he is doing nothing other than playing dirty politics with innocent employees.

10.5 hrs of work legal complain should be filed against this company as per indian govt rule one should work for 9 hrs not 10.5 hrs.
