Management is worst. All the management peoples are from either cognizant or from other service based company and they are trying to implement the same work culture. No standard process set to perform any work. Management is taking decisions without any checking with internal team and ask team to now implement the solution which might be not even possible. Allowance are getting received after 1 year. Company is saying flexible work hours but will have to stretch till 2 AM to 3 AM when manager calls you. You can not say no. It was a good company around lockdown. But now as they've started the micromanagement, many client forces the employees to work extra hours without any benefit and the extra efforts you put with the client will never be seen by your Globant manager.

Poor office management in tier 2 cities Some egoistic lateral hired managers ruining the culture, Such Managers and their sidekicks always ready to crack cheap jokes on girls and they ask inappropriate personal questions.

No Job security as they do not provide call basis on your profile instead force to cross train on different skills in 15 days and sit for a client interview. Hire and fire policy as doesn't care about the employee I have seen candidates those are on bench since 6 months.
