It was a good company around lockdown. But now as they've started the micromanagement, many client forces the employees to work extra hours without any benefit and the extra efforts you put with the client will never be seen by your Globant manager.

No Job security as they do not provide call basis on your profile instead force to cross train on different skills in 15 days and sit for a client interview. Hire and fire policy as doesn't care about the employee I have seen candidates those are on bench since 6 months.

Worst company i ever seen. Interview process is very FALTU. Even if candidate given complete answer with proper manner and if 1 question unable to give answer they reject. PATHETIC Interview Process. As Globant is growing, they are bringing in large numbers of people who are not very aligned with Globant’s core values. Which is making Globant culture just like any other.
