Sometimes calls get late as most of the coordination is with LATAM teams. Delivery Managers don’t have technical touch. Salary can be better.

You will be screwed by half & yearly reviews. The outdoor way will be shown, only having a relationship with management will save you. There is no mechanism to hear the employee's voice, TCBP's are just placeholders the hire & fire decisions are made by the leadership team. Annual variable pay is again trapped by Globant to save CTCby 15-20%, before completing the year they will kick out the employee.
