IrresponsibleHR team. Salary will not be paid and your job has nothing to do with what they mentioned on LinkedIn job description. All you have to do is adjust to their requirements which is their personal life requirements. In case if u looking for Proper EA job this is not for u. They will say EA and treat you much bad than any Admin person in office expect you to do irrelevant work in regards to your job. In long run mistreatment towards employees is very common here. I only like the fact that this review will help people not step into that hell hole.

Horribleee management and environment. First of all, every female friend with history in this company told me to not work there but I tried. The managers have questionable skills. The directors do not care much about real growth and believe in quick fixes. Gender bias, incentive bias (people who cause direct profit like sales have mo re value of opinion) never saw an HR who works on the basis of what the manager says. This is not only my experience but of my co-workers and previous employees. Lied about bonuses, incentives, skill development, and if you guys get good at your job. You're in for a treat because they won't stop piling stuff on. No windows so it's like walking into a graveyard. No lunch, and the kitchen has this smell that never goes away. Cockroaches yes. They do pest controls but the smell urgh. Never goes away. Also the HR has this elitist mindset?? They don't share their plates with the employees which made me feel weird coz someone was scolded like a child for accidentally using them urgh . I don't know what explanation they have for that but I certainly get the vibe they don't treat their employees well except one two people from the lot. And BIG TEA is that they fired a wholeee team before term of 1 year so they don't have to increase their salary<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. And didn't even pay for the month of firing</mark>. It's so shameful. Then theyre gonna trap new freshers to come work and fire them before it's their time. If it was a good experience for you that's good for you, but if youre new and thinking to work here. Be on a outlook on how to things work for other employees and most of them are used to this unfair treatment. So, get out and work in a real good and just company....Read More
