Very basic salaries, low compared with industry. Company work culture is not that great, very old school principles. Have to call managers Sir Leaves are not accepted easily, more than one day leave is big thing. Very less number of public holidays compared to industry standard. Not fairly treated, trust, respect and integrity values compromised,

it is a place where one can learn more about the core sector which is electricity and power in my case. However beyond this with respect to tools and methodology mapping and planning there is really not much of a learning which can be expected from this company.

Dislikes

there is really not much scope of growth in mid-level roles in this organisation. For people who are well oriented with the core sector that is really not much of growth in terms of learning. The pay is really very low and quite a decent bit away from the industry standard on the negative scale.
