Fraud NGO. Do not join. They just ask for the donations in the name of child cancer patients and use it for their own requirements. Just imagine a non profit NGO is giving 40-50 thousand salary to a team leader. So many stupid restrictions on all female employees.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
