This company is stick with their old projects that are developed around 2000. No technical growth for an experienced candidate. The company is not expecting good performance from employs and gives around 3 - 4 K annual increment in return to a software developer. If you are fresher and seeking a learning environment then go for the offer. There is a high chance of signing of service agreement bond for 2-3 years.
