There is nothing to like about this company

Dislikes

Everything, the management is very poor, no clarity on what work should be handled by whom, they have no hr policies, they don’t even care about their employees and can fire you for any mistake you make. Less number of projects and no proper coordination of tasks.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
