1.Job security( your job is 99.99% secure) 2.Appraisal & promotion(every 3 years you get market correction and every 5-6 years you promoted/if you work hard you get 5 rating equivalent 1 lack increment) 3. Leave policy is great(24 PL+7 SL+7 CL+ 10 festival holiday) 4.Minimum 1 lack hike for new joinee.

1. out dated instrumentation( only 10 HPLC , 4 DISSOLUTION and few volumetric and pippets in sikkim plant) 2. No milli-Q system in QC.
