Initially I found Glenmark used to value the good work but offlet after joining of new management group things are changing very rapidly. Initially company policies were to build brands but now it is more focused on primary billing.

Dislikes

Lot of politics going on nowadays. Good work and performance is even ignored to ensure personal agenda of senior level managers.
