Compensation is OK, but growth is too slow and WorkLife balance is worst, I almost worked for an average of 12-14 hours daily. Saturday's are off but Seniors will tell you to come to office. Partiality is too much in Work and with Increment also. Favourism is also too much. Lab Manager won't appreciate your work and when the Increment letter comes He'll say not to compare yourself with others. Some people will get promoted in 2.5 years and some won't get anything in 5 years also. People's on same post will get increment of 55k but some other person will get Increment of 85-90k. Favourite peoples will get less work and high Increment and others will work hard but won't get too much. There is no Humanity in the group leaders and managers and some system operators, they'll force you to come to office even if you are ill, even If you are seriously ill they'll think that you are making excuses, Group Leaders will tell good things about their favourite peoples and bad things about other people's, which will eventually affect your Increment. Too much Hectic, It took a huge toll on my health also due to periodic night shifts. I got frustrated after working 6 months only, I used to think about leaving the job and going to my hometown. I took a toll on my mentality also, I became more aggressive
