Flexible timings is a big advantage especially for working women. Canteen facility is also gud...it provides non-vegitarian food which most of the companies in mumbai don't...work pressure is tolerable n most of the time u don't find urself too stuffed up wid the work (though it depends on ur manager...mine was understanding and co operative) there are people in company who are gud at playing politics but it is there with every company out there...overall gud place to work if u want to settle for one lifelong job....Read More

Promotion is a thing u don't get as often. Also increment is miserable during first year (I got only 3% in my first appraisal) bt as u work there it gets better n better bt won't go above 15%. Internal politics is again the issue with few departments n it is only bunch of people to deal with
