Extremely laid back culture that thrives on procrastination and lack of RACI. Firefighting is BAU and hence not a good place for proactive or dedicated professionals . Old Policies which now a days don’t work in India. Frequent wind up of divisions .Future is not bright in India as at any time they can withdraw their operations. Some RBM’s and Higher managements they play with the ground level people that they will be transferred if they are unable to meet the no’s.
