So many. To start from top, the culture is not even Indian let alone German. No systems, Process or procedures. Come October the work place is a pressure cooker. No leaves, no weekends, no additional pay, no respect.

Best thing would that it's a part of the German parent company...Little bits of skill development and growth learnings are beings imparted through pratical experiences.

Work life balance limits to a BIG ZERO. No appraisal or incentives. Hardwork goes by unnoticed. Work distribution not regularised .
