R&D HoD's egoistic and partial behaviour has spoilt the culture in R&D. No scope for new employees to rise and shine. Old employees are hand held when they make mistakes whereas new employees get humiliated.. Toxic culture.. Strict no for someone who wants to have mental peace and be away from office politics.
