M. Pharmacy candidates, recruited as freshers are offered very poor salaries. Poor work life balance.

Worst place to work for ladies. No job satisfaction and worst treatment and torture for ladies literally. No encouragement from team for skilled people.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
