*Supervisor here target employee & shout and treat them so worse * Even after shift timings if we don't reach ACHT superiors will ask to work for 30 mins more * Too much call flow everyday * We have to reach office before 30 mins and leave after 30 mins * They don't provide any leaves Upto 1st three months and even after that it's really hard to get leave even for 1 day. *We only have 1 Week off per week that too it'll be decided by team leader he'll give weekoff whenever he wants not when we need. *They will not approve resignation. We have to work like a labour literally *They don't provide relieving/experience letter if we work less than 8 months. *The supervisor will remove emergency breaks. To be honest even for washroom we have to ask their permission and go only whenever they permit to go....Read More
