While compare to other process we getting low incentive and salary. The salary not satisfied because we are from South India we con't able to survive with that salary. And spot reliving your asking hole salary, some personal emergency only we need to relive the company with out serve the notice because we not in jaipur location.

I Don't find anything to like about the company.

Dislikes

Managers as well as HR department of the company is so rude .They don't know how to guide people working in the company. Few of the managers and HR over there find it unclassy to talk to juniors. They also changed company norms(working days , shifts) prior to any formal notice for me. It was very shattering. It is good for on role employees to work here bt worst for off role employees

Dislikes

They do not provide fixed week off, employees had to work on rosters which is vry difficult, everyone has to face internal politics for their own bread-n-butter, no direct interaction with the management. It's terrible to work as an off role employee.
