Let's start from staff. Every single person working in this company (apart from the office boy) has been associated with them for less than 3 years. Not even a single employee is older than 3 years, from CEO to Interns. Management of this company is WORST. Your are not allowed to think. You are expected to take and follow orders like you have no brain. If you will say no to anything, you will become an enemy to your manager. And managers here don't work professionaly, they will have personal grudges with you because you said no. Everybody is judged and people make fun of each other in OPEN. Like in front of everyone. No work culture, no professionalism. Don't even start me on incriment and salary. You get your salary on time that is it. Merely 5% incriment annually. No bonuses and all. Although this is a certification body, there are no internal checks. I don't even know how this company is running. If any sane body conduct an impartial audit, this company will be closed and even sued for their unfair practices. They just pretend to work. Every single thing in this company is Jugaad. All the documents, everything. They conduct audits but they don't have any single auditor who has experience. Weird place to work. Stay away if you love your mental health, because most people who leave this company are harassed endlessly by them. They don't clear FNF. They give derogatory remarks in experience letters that are completely baseless....Read More

Lack of professionalism. Management is just a bunch of liars. DGM does not know how to speak even, let alone lead. CEO pushes employees to literally risk their lives to complete tasks. Company owner is hiding in some place, never visits office and operates to maximize his profit and exploit under paid employees as much as possible. It was really frustrating. I was asked to just start working without any training. I was a fresher then. Mangers and DGM would come and school up for smallest of mistakes. DGM likes to gossip about employees behind their backs like aunties.

There is nothing in the company to like. The clients are suffering due to their services and attitude. The women CEO is worst and works like a trator and leave no stone unturned to harass juniors just to show that she has something to do. The programme have few clients. People are working on bare minimum salary and always looking for job opportunities.
