1. Leave Policy 2. Strict Time management they count time even for Lunch time in canteen as out time. To complete 9 hours you have to work 10 or 11 hours inside your desk. 3. 90 days notice period, No buyout option. 4. Poor WFH policy even they are charging per month 7000 for WFH. 5. Don,t join if you have other option.

Working with client Johndeere, a lot to learn. Great exposure! Ggs has offshore which is purely client based company.

Dislikes

It's client based company, no any individual team no structure! Only have to work as individual as contingent for johndeere. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT MOBILE PHONE NOT ALLOWED. Have to bring small non smart phone inside, common guys we living in 21 century!
