Provide us work from home facility from the start of lockdown that wasn't happened in their history. I worked for the third party manager & he is very co-operative, supportive. He leads from the front and guide me appropriately.

Lot of politics & management change their policies as per situation basis. No job security at all. There is bond of 2 years before which you can not resign. But if you have no project then they will layoff. Appraisal are postponed for next year.

Its been quite interesting because you can feel the corporate environment if you came from manufacturing sector. Flexible time working is also good for everyone. No any burden for timely coming to office.

1. Leave Policy 2. Strict Time management they count time even for Lunch time in canteen as out time. To complete 9 hours you have to work 10 or 11 hours inside your desk. 3. 90 days notice period, No buyout option. 4. Poor WFH policy even they are charging per month 7000 for WFH. 5. Don,t join if you have other option.
