Toxic work environment and upper management. The COO openly threatens to ruin career and name in the industry to not just one person but the whole team. No timely appraisals, you get a hike only if you produce another offer (they match it). Bullying culture and favouritism. Employees who cross boundaries and harass others. No action taken even when brought up to the HR or top management. Merit is not valued, you cannot stand up for yourself and your work. The overall experience was bad, because when I first joined there was no structure and micromanagement was rampant. I still believe micromanagement exists at the company. The managers appreciate initiative thinking but its just that, nothing goes forward from there because new ways of content production is something that they do not want to do, they just want to keep things exactly the same way their competitors do<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. They also hired one of the worst human beings as a team lead with absolutely no skills in English writing whatsoever who made the lives of everyone at the company a living hell</mark>. The team leads are excellent people trying their best to teach their team and help them grow professionally and personally.

Dislikes

The management is worthless. They have no respect for the employees or for personal life. There was a time when the management was highly functional and put the employees' needs first. Now it is just monotonous work with no activities and so not worth the pay.
