I've been working at George P Johnson for the past 2 years and overall, I've had a positive experience. I appreciate the management's commitment towards employee development and walking the talk. The company is well-managed, with a strong leadership team that focusses on the team's progress and engagement. My manager is kind, supportive, approachable and open to feedback. GPJ offers regular workshops, training sessions and employee wellness programs which provide opportunities for growth within the company as well as in personal life. The HR Open Door Policy enables us to share our views and concerns which is reciprocated well and addressed. I must say this company is very invested in the well-being of its employees.
