The company has a great work culture, open door policy, identifies the potential in its employees, and supports the overall growth of the employees. Good exposure to global networks, and management allows employees to pursue their interest in the verticals the employees might opt for. There are employees working for more than a decade at the organisation with phenomenal growth opportunities. Salaries are on par and above market standards, and offer good job security eg- during the pandemic, dint let go of the employees, in fact, good bonuses were received during stressful times.Management has regular town hall meetings with its employees to explain the state of the company and the management vision. A truly global organisation that has a strong global network where employees get to interact with other regions and counterparts for any support....Read More
