I've been working at George P Johnson for the past 2 years and overall, I've had a positive experience. I appreciate the management's commitment towards employee development and walking the talk. The company is well-managed, with a strong leadership team that focusses on the team's progress and engagement. My manager is kind, supportive, approachable and open to feedback. GPJ offers regular workshops, training sessions and employee wellness programs which provide opportunities for growth within the company as well as in personal life. The HR Open Door Policy enables us to share our views and concerns which is reciprocated well and addressed. I must say this company is very invested in the well-being of its employees. Work-life balance here is good in-spite of us being in an event industry. GPJ is the best place to grow professionally and personally. Its a great place to work, been here since the end of last year, so far its been a good ride. Incredible collaborative work space with aligned teams Projects are engaging and challenging , but that's what makes the event industry exciting. Waiting to see what the future holds
