Nothing. At initial all the things was good but when they got new office the behaviour of all the seniors changes now they have a toxic work environment

Working culture and the senior toxic behaviour all seniors want that you have to sit on seat all the time so that they have a free time for the gossips the working environment is toxic they hire freshers at the salary of 12000-15000 and ask them to give submission after 1 week without any proper training after 3 months at the time of appraisal they show you your working card and dening the appresioal for next 3-6 months and it continues till they find new freshers...Read More
