Management and Founders need to understand to not bring projects with unrealistic timelines. Mostly employees end up working on weekends. And worst part is they encourage departments to make team work on weekends to complete project on time. Due to this work life balance disrupts like crazy.

I am the first employee in this company and I am traveling every day about 90km up-down so it's very difficult for me but the Flexible hours, and wonderful work culture to motivate me and never feel like I a ROBOT. Excellent place to work-friendly environment and very supportive colleagues.
