Dislikes

Due to the transition phase the work pressure is bit high in comparasion of any MNC. Being a senior profile, I have to attend the calls and interact to Owners so sometime it takes time. Apart from that I am not seeing any issue in the company. I think it will happen when anyone will start interacting with Boss.

I have to look after the entire team process and operations, issue resolutions, policy updations mostly related to the HR. Apart from the major this is Sales and Marketing of the in house product.
