1. The West region managers are very supportive and know how to handle the team well. 2. They are good at developing team culture. 3. You can learn a lot under their guidance. 4. You are allowed the execute the project your way, with some quick approvals from the managers. 5. The best part is if you perform positively and proactively, you will be rewarded by the company without having to ask.

Dislikes

1. It can be hard to find a place to stay for the short projects at the base locations because they usually last 4-6 months. 2. Landlords prefer longer agreements and avoid bachelor's, so it is tough to find a flat or PG for such a short duration. 3. Getting back your deposit from landlords can be difficult. 4. The company should have clear rules to help with these issues.

The culture and values of company are key drivers to empower the individual at any level. Never in my experience or of my knowns I have heard that Partners and top managers treat even interns as friends and respond individually on calls as required. Even if you have no reason they will call at least once in a week to check how you are doing, will ask on your well being.
