All three founders are best and amazing in nature, Highly enthusiastic people who are open to collaborate We can learn a lot Good work life balance. People never bother you outside of your working hours. Decent compensation.

Favoritism is at its peak in this organization! One can stay forever by buttering the as*es of managers, even without generating the revenue of a single rupee. But if you are someone who questions, challenges, or disagrees with them, you will be at risk even if you are a good performer. Performance Improvement program allows you only 15 days to turn it around!!!!! They also start micro managing and disturb your mental health. Not to forget you will be given such accounts that never yield any results despite trying everything in your full capacity. These people do not listen to you and do not help solve the problems faced by juniors. You are on your own. Too many unnecessary team hurdles, and weekly catchups with many people only to repeat things again and again. Founders being amazing, there are few people and managers who think they are above everyone. They want to take control over everything and everyone. The seniors/managers are poor at planning and often take credit for all the good work done by others. Compensation could be better given the expectation is also high. The incentive structure is very poor compared to other recruitment consulting firms.
