New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety

They make people work like robots, with unrealistic SLA’s and SOPs to please the client, this leaves the customer executive under so much pressure and thereby making their life robotic. Strict policies about break timing where even +us/-nu one minute results in escalations. They are just taking benefits of employees who are desperately in need of money. And salary is also very low. Dumbest work culture with idiot's all over the company, specially the senior's and the support team, this company is nothing but a lifetime shit with no mercy, Pressurized work, salary for all the associates is the same even if you have more than 10yrs of experience, they will still give you the same salary, 0% job security and 100% slavery, think before you join.

I like about this company is only dress code policy. There is no restrictions on dress and yes lgbt friendly
