My views are about GE power India - Division ofThermal energy (specific department based), Groupism spoils the whole build up. Can survive in concern only with a upper hand blessings in you. Actual working condition is not considered for completion of job, any unnoticeable action permitted for completion of a project and getting payment / performance of the equipment. Young engineers are asked to resign and they depute old / retired people through third party for service just to manipulate things as per the wish of respective department higher levels in a projects....Read More
