Freedom of choosing/ proposing working methodology. Anything you propose for betterment would be welcomed. Follows lean philosophy in construction. Safe working environment, nobody can force you to bypass standards.

Dislikes

It is a Flat organisation, hence you have to report multiple bosses and it is difficult to satisfy everyone. There is no standard format of work report. Every boss has its own excel sheet and reporting procedures. It is a person driven rather than system driven company. Engineers are treated as a resource and company lacs human touch/feeling.
