The people are major plus factor for the organization. Very helpful and supportive. Patient while onboarding and explaining what to do and how.

Compensation level and structure is not great, about 10-15% of the CTC is kept away as annual bonus or gratuities, leading to lower in-hand salary. Appraisals aren't that great either

I have been associated with GD for over 4 years and its a great place for freshers to learn and grow in Market Research Industry. The work life environment is good and salary/appraisal is purely based on your performance.
