I have been working in GDGIS since it's inception. I have witnessed the organisation growing. The atmosphere is really good and staff is always supportive.

Dislikes

The timing is too long but it is justified too as it's a day boarding.

I enjoy working in GDGIS. It is my second home.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I like everything except job security and financial security like we should get pension or something like that after leaving our job.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
