So, the issue here is, if you resign, by any way they’ll try to bring your full and final to be 0. And if you don’t agree to it, they extend giving the Service letter. HR forced me to agree on that I don’t want my last month salary, then only they’ll provide me the service letter. And as I needed it, I had to give in writing that I don’t claim for f&f. Then within a day I got my service letter.
